Many materials are used within our company, and by following each client request we develop new and innovative solutions.
Nevertheless, among the most used materials are steel, aluminium, copper, brass and iron, along with their various galvanisations and firing processes.

The first manufacturing process for the "wire" is the drawing.
Thanks to the machines present in the company, we are able to obtain small-diameter wires drawn in a very short time, with up to a minimum diameter of 0,12 mm.
The most widely drawn materials are aluminium, almelec, galvanised iron and brass.
The drawn wires are wound on DIN 400 or DIN 315 iron spools, or DIN 200 plastic spools, and can be used for internal production or for deliveries to third parties.

The second manufacturing process for the "wire" is the creation of the knitted metal wire mesh.
Thanks to the large fleet of active machines in the company, it is possible for us to produce knitted wire mesh with varying stitch heights from 20 mm to 900 mm.
Every type of mesh can be customised according to your needs. We can create different mesh stitch heights, make the mesh smooth or corrugated, process the mesh with round wires or laminated wires, and even use multiple wires during mesh construction.
Mesh is a product with many uses, therefore every client is able to customise it according to their purposes, making it unique in all respects.

The third and last manufacturing process for the "wire" is the creation of metal filters.
Thanks to the ease of creating knitted wire mesh, over time we have developed a full-fledged filter production department.
By using our own moulds, both hand moulds and die-casting moulds may be customised according to the technical characteristics and the final use of the product as requested by the client.

The packaging department takes care of all client requests concerning the delivery of the final product, thus giving just the right touch that every Made in Italy product should have.
